Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders totaling $75 or more after discounts. Free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. During peak periods (holiday season, sales events), processing may take 2–3 business days.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location, order size, and shipping method. Carrier selection is at our discretion. All shipments include tracking — your tracking number will be emailed once your order leaves our facility. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier's system.

Alaska and Hawaii

We ship to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) via standard carriers. A flat shipping rate applies — the $75 free shipping threshold does not apply to AK/HI orders. Standard delivery to AK/HI typically takes 7–14 business days. Express and overnight options may not be available for all AK/HI addresses.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS. Delivery times to military addresses may exceed standard estimates. Express and overnight shipping are not available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, KI2USE ships only within the United States. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), or to Canada. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.

Delivery Issues

Lost or stolen packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, KI2USE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Check with neighbors, building management, or secure areas near your property. Then contact the carrier to open a claim. We will assist where we can.

Incorrect address: Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately at contact@ki2use.com or (310) 896-5554 if you notice an error. Once a package has shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible.

Carrier delays: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. KI2USE is not responsible for carrier-caused delays due to weather, high volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Track your order at any time on our Track Order page. Enter your email and order number for real-time status updates. Tracking is also available directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
