Order Changes & Cancellations

Thank you for shopping with KI2USE. We understand that you may sometimes need to update an order, correct shipping information, change item details, or request a cancellation after placing an order. This page explains how we handle those requests.

Review Your Order Before Checkout

Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout. Check the item name, size, quantity, and shipping address. Once an order is submitted, we begin processing it right away as part of our normal fulfillment workflow.

Change or Cancellation Window

We accept order change and cancellation requests submitted within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes because your order may already be in the packing or shipping stage.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation

  1. Email contact@ki2use.com as soon as possible after placing your order
  2. Include your order number and clearly describe what you would like changed or cancelled
  3. We will confirm whether we were able to make the change before your order shipped

Types of Changes We Can Make

  • Correct a typo in the shipping address (same general area)
  • Change the size of an item (subject to availability)
  • Cancel the entire order

Note: We cannot change the item style or switch to a completely different product after an order is placed. In that case, the original order would need to be cancelled (if within the window) and you would place a new order.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you no longer want the items, please wait to receive your package and then initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for details.

Cancellation Refunds

If we successfully cancel your order before it ships, a full refund will be issued to your original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days.
